Our jerky was originally made by Stan Brooks in Yukon, Oklahoma, a true BBQ Hall of Famer. Stan was inducted into the Smoked Meat Hall of Fame and won major BBQ cook-offs throughout the 1960s and 70s. His decades of expertise go into every batch.
